Craig Riffel serves as SRB's Development Director. He is an attorney and certified public accountant. He attended Oklahoma State University receiving Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and finance in 1990. Craig later attended the University of Oklahoma where he received his law degree in 1995. While at the University of Oklahoma School of Law, he received an Am Jur (highest grade) for estate planning. He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association the same year. Craig is a managing member of the law firm of Riffel, Riffel & Benham, P.L.L.C.
Currently, Craig is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Oklahoma Bar Association, Garfield County Bar Association, Oklahoma Society of CPAs, National Society of Accountants (NSA), Oklahoma Society of Accountants (OSA), Enid Chapter of CPAs, and Northwest Chapter of CPAs. He is a past member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma Courts, all Kansas Courts, all Missouri Courts, the Federal District Courts and United States Bankruptcy Courts in the Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Tax Court.
During the past 30 years, Craig has practiced in the areas of Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security Disability Veteran's benefits, Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection planning, trusts, trust administration, probate, real estate, limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations, business evaluations, pharmaceutical law, commercial law, business sales and acquisitions.
Katresa Riffel is an Executive Director of SRB and an attorney. She attended Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Science in business administration/business education in 1989. Katresa later attended Oklahoma City University where she earned her law degree in 1992 graduating cum laude. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association the same year.
While at Oklahoma City University School of Law, she was on the Dean's Honor Roll, was a Hatton Sumners scholar, Law Review staff editor, Phi Delta Phi treasurer, Merit Scholars President and Treasurer, and was active in the American Inn of Courts. She also received an Am Jur (highest grade) for land use. She is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Garfield County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma Courts, the Western, Eastern, and Northern Federal District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
During the past 30 years, Katresa has practiced in the areas of trial litigation, including but not limited to, personal injury, products liability, insurance defense, contract disputes, bank litigation, and family law.
Ryan Baldwin serves as SRB's Director of Operations and Marketing. He is a seasoned business professional with a diverse background rooted in entrepreneurship and the health insurance industry. Born and raised in Northwest Oklahoma, Ryan earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Northwest Oklahoma State University.
Throughout his career, Ryan has been deeply involved in his family business, contributing to the growth and success of several startup ventures. From the ground up, he played a pivotal role in guiding these businesses to their eventual successful sales. In recent years, Ryan has shifted his focus to the health insurance industry, gaining a comprehensive understanding of its intricacies. His experience in the field ignited a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of insurance, particularly in finding solutions to ease the financial burden.
In addition to his professional work, Ryan is dedicated to giving back to his community. He serves on the board of Forgotten Ministries and actively collaborates with local organizations to support charitable causes. Ryan's broad business acumen, combined with his commitment to service, makes him a valuable asset to both his professional and local communities.
